I placed my order online and got there before I got my confirmation email. When I got there, the drive thru line was long (yet moving quickly). I parked, went in and totally expected to have to wait for my order. However, after getting my name, he simply grabbed my order and I was on my way! Awesome!

Sandwhich was good and made how I ordered. I like my food a certain way and I'm willing to pay for it. So, I ordered a side of pickles for 1.25, which I think is rediculous by the way. Got home, no pickles.

Sandwiches are good but service can be hit or miss. About 1/3 of our office's orders had issues. One time we waited 2 hours for sandwiches that never arrived. They did refund our money plus a free order next time. The management was courteous yet unorganized.

Not your average sandwich shop. I'm not sure what their secret ingredient is, but the food is ALWAYS good and ALWAYS the same. Not like some of those places you go eat and the food depends on who is working. The bread is always fresh, never hard or stale and the veggies have that fresh picked color.

Terrible customer service. Apparently they will allow pickles to be sliced into quarters but not slices, which is ridiculous. My husband and I eat lunch at this location frequently, but after today I will NEVER eat at any Jimmy John's again. It may seem like a small issue, but it is basic customer service. There are too many other places to eat that will make the food to order to waste any more of my money at Jimmy John's. God forbid that they should have to turn a pickle that 1/4 turn to slice it differently or actually stock sliced pickles at a sandwich shop. I mean, who would ever eat something like a sliced pickle on a sandwich?

The sandwiches are not bad but the service has been consistently horrible. I have called and spoken with a manager twice and now am leaving this review. The drive thru worker just opened the window, threw my sandwiches into my car and closed the window without saying a word. I can't help but think the management must care very little for their employees to be so constantly rude. I will be making a trip to the other side of town and going to a different location from here on out.

Club Lulu! This is the best quick sandwich in town, and a great delivery alternative to pizza and Chinese. Everything tastes so fresh! I could eat this every day, so could my husband.

It doesn't get better than Jimmy Johns when looking for a deli/fast-food sub restaurant. JJ's trumps Quizno's, Subway, and any others. No, it doesn't beat one of the local restaurants but you can't beat their price and their speed. They have the most workers/customer I have ever seen in this type of restaurant. I have not had to wait longer than 5 minutes to order and receive my food from any of the JJ locations. It's not that their subs are the best subs in the world, but the consistency is astounding. They use the best ingredients and make their sandwhiches the same way every time and the quality isn't degraded like a Big Mac . If you want a good place to eat a $6 sub, you can't do better than Jimmy Johns.

Plain slim 6! That is my mother f@$@!&^* jam!! We are not blessed in California to have Jimmy John's but I'm dreaming someday we will. Had the pleasure to try Jimmy Johns in Baton Rouge for the first time while my band was on tour in the south. It started my love affair with this place and their simple sandwiches/super fast service combo. That's the best combo!! I ate at Jimmy Johns every chance I could all the way back to California as our tour finished. Can't wait to get more of this tasty place someday soon.

This is a great location that is very close to my apartment. The ingredients here just seem fresher. The kitchen is wide open and the sandwich fan can see every slice of meat being prepared on the huge slicer, every loaf of bread being baked.... My order came out of the pick up window in lightening speed. The only thing I would really like is that Jimmy would add some toasting action to the concept. But if that does not happen, I can can say that the sandwiches and options stand on their own just fine.

This place is average. Limited selection. In NO way a "gourmet sub." Anyway, I could see how it would be good for catering needs.

Aaaah, Jimmy John's. I know so many people that love you - no, not even love - they are nearing worship in their levels of devotion. No one "just likes" you. They either dog your footsteps, begging for a whiff of your freshly baked bread, or they respond with a resounding "meh" to any passing mention. I have to admit, I'm solidly in the latter category. Don't get me wrong - you have some great things going for you! You were founded in the same year as I was born, which is auspicious. You aren't overpriced. You're super-humanly fast, even if you're swamped at lunch hour. Your bread smells pretty tasty. Unfortunately, none of those benefits can outweigh the negatives. For instance, even though your bread smells great... it kind of tastes like cardboard. Any time you put mayo on your sandwiches, there's so much that it oozes disgustingly off the edge of the bread, but if you go mayo-free, your sandwich is so dry as to be nigh-unchewable. Your sandwich choices aren't exciting enough to make up for the mayo-issue: you're basically a glorified Subway - you're pricier, but also less likely to provide a dose of food poisoning with your meal. That's nice, I guess. What I'm trying to say, Jimmy Johns, is that I'm pretty much done trying you. I've given you so many chances, baby, but you keep letting me down. I'll just leave you to your dedicated, devoted, and doting fans - don't come knocking when you see me out with Quiznos or Schlotsky's.

We lunched here for the first time today. The sandwich was ok, nothing out of the ordinary. What really got to me was watching a staff member dusting the lights and air conditioning vents in the food prep area over exposed food. That must be violating some health laws, and, if not, it's just plain unsanitary. Doubt if I will return to this location.
